Insurance Policy
Dental coverage does not work the way medical coverage does, and that difference catches many people off guard. The benefit booklet your plan provider sent you is the clearest place to see what your policy actually includes, so it is worth reading before treatment begins. How much of any given procedure falls to you depends entirely on the terms your particular policy sets.
When we present a treatment plan, we also give you an estimate of what your carrier is expected to contribute, calculated from the benefit information they report to us. That figure is a projection rather than a promise of payment. As a courtesy, our team files every claim on your behalf, though filing does not move your financial responsibility over to the insurer. If the payment that arrives is lower or higher than the estimate, you will either be billed for the remainder or issued a credit when the account has been overpaid. Financial Policy
Paying is simple at our Middleton office. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and financing is available through CareCredit®.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours of notice when an appointment needs to be moved. Changes made with fewer than 24 hours of notice may result in a cancellation fee.
